Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Selah, WA to lead the maintenance team and oversee all equipment, utilities, and facilities. You will ensure safe, quality food production with maximum efficiency, while managing budgets and coordinating with operations for continuous improvements.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive preventative maintenance, vendor management, and adherence to food safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing maintenance teams in a food/beverage environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating with operations.
• Knowledge of safety, HACCP, GMP requirements.
• Experience administering preventative maintenance programs and line checks.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance team to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production efficiency across the facility.
• Manage maintenance budgets and supplier contracts to optimize cost and reliability.
• Coordinate with Plant and Operations on performance metrics and improvements.
