Sentara Health in Woodbridge, VA, seeks a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Food Pantry. You will coordinate volunteers, manage workflows, support patient engagement, and drive program sustainability.

You will lead volunteer teams, collaborate with partners, and assist the Director of Operations to implement and sustain services, focusing on intake, inventory, data reporting, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public health, nonprofit management) or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in outreach programs, food pantry management, or social services is required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate volunteers, training and scheduling to support daily pantry operations.
• Manage patient and consumer intake interviews and appointment coordination.
• Oversee inventory management, data tracking and reporting to ensure program effectiveness.
• Maintain and improve operational processes in collaboration with partners.
• Work with the Director of Operations to implement and sustain the initiative.
