Qualifications

This individual will serve as the program's operational lead and will coordinate volunteers, manage daily workflows, support patient engagement activities, and ensure the project's overall success and sustainability.The Food Pantry will be supported primarily by volunteers, so the ideal candidate should have experience leading, directing, and overseeing volunteer teams. The base pay range for full-time employment is $61,131.20 - $96,262.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
