Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in business operations and/or inventory management.
• 2 years' experience in customer service; experience training volunteers preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred; ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Volunteer coordination and onboarding, training, and supervision.
• Data collection and reporting to support program evaluation.
• Inventory management including FIFO, purchasing, and receiving.
• Safety, sanitation, and compliance with policy and privacy requirements.
• On-site food distribution and excellent patient service.
