Sentara is looking for a strong Project Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Food Pharmacy/Pantry. This individual will serve as the program's operational lead and will coordinate volunteers, manage daily workflows, support patient engagement activities, and ensure the project's overall success and sustainability. The Food Pantry will be supported primarily by volunteers, so the ideal candidate should have experience leading, directing, and overseeing volunteer teams.

Schedule: Must be available to work 8 and 10 hour days.

We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full‑time employment is $61,131.20 - $96,262.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on‑call pay, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full‑time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
