Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Food Pantry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate volunteers, manage workflows, and support patient engagement. The role leads the volunteer team under the Director of Operations, ensuring program success and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in outreach or pantry management, and prefer 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in outreach programs, food pantry management, or social services.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Food Pantry project.
• Coordinate and train volunteers, schedule support, and manage daily workflows.
• Support patient engagement activities and ensure project success and sustainability.
• Manage volunteer coordination and training, intake interviews, inventory, data tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain operational processes with partners and the Director of Operations.
