Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Manager – Food Hall to oversee all restaurant operations daily, including staffing, training, financial results, and service quality. The role requires leadership to drive staff performance and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

You will work within The Venetian standards, coordinating with Beverage and Culinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with SNHD requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a non-gaming registration, Food Handler Safety Training Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
• 2 years’ experience in Food and Beverage leadership position required, additional experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
• Contributes to achieving financial objectives for restaurant performance.
• Leads hiring, training, and evaluation of Team Members to meet standards.
• Ensures guest service aligns with company objectives and policies.
• Supports collaboration with Beverage and Culinary teams to maintain quality and costs.
