Job summary

The Food Hall Company is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our venues. You will supervise staff, ensure top-tier service, and partner with leadership to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in multi-unit food and beverage management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growth. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management in a multi-unit setting.
• Energetic, guest-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work 45+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and establish rapport.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure high service quality.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and bar setup.
• Lead and coach team members, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Manage inventory and labor to meet guest expectations.
