Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Shift Manager to oversee daily beverage operations across casino bars, lounges, theaters and service wells, ensuring service excellence and compliance with policies. You will lead a team, coach staff in the moment, manage reservations and banquet orders, and monitor performance to drive efficiency while controlling costs.

A strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and liquor brands, plus English fluency and flexible scheduling in a 24/7

Qualifications

21+ years of age.
Authorized to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must obtain health/TAM/Non-Gaming cards as required by law or policy.
2 years beverage shift management experience; multi-location preferred.
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day beverage operations across casino bars, lounges, service wells, theater bars, and gaming floor.
Provide direction to team and uphold a service/management approach.
Supervise day-to-day beverage operations and manage reservations and banquet orders.
Monitor guest satisfaction and coach staff to meet standards.
Maintain staffing levels and drive departmental efficiency and cost control.
Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health/safety requirements; maintain bar ambiance and sanitation.
