The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outlets and staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety regulations. The role emphasizes guest service, staff supervision, and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training staff, managing scheduling and performance, and resolving guest concerns promptly.

Formación

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• One (1) year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets and personnel.
• Monitor budgets, costs and labor to maintain outlets.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, promote, counsel, and discharge staff.
• Represent the F&B Department in internal and external employee matters.
