Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• One (1) year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets and personnel.
• Monitor budgets, costs and labor to maintain outlets.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, promote, counsel, and discharge staff.
• Represent the F&B Department in internal and external employee matters.
