Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Manager - Poolside Restaurant to help the General Manager oversee poolside dining across Cabana, Daybed, and the bar area, maintaining service standards and safety.

Lead staffing, training, and evaluations, ensure cost objectives, and guarantee compliance with SNHD and industry certifications; foster guest satisfaction with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a food & beverage leadership position preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily poolside restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and quality.
• Assist in achieving financial objectives for individual restaurants and food service across pool decks.
• Ensure safety practices for employees and guests; maintain emergency procedures.
