Job summary

US Foods in Minnesota seeks a Customer Service Representative to liaison between customers, the sales team and internal departments. You will process incoming orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure actions meet service agreements in line with policy and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining records, resolving billing questions, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating same-day deliveries. Strong MS Office skills and 3+ years in CS are required.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in customer service required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution ability required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers to provide information, take orders, or troubleshoot.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, issues, and actions taken.
• Respond to service or billing questions; verify changes to resolve inquiries.
• Solve problems, troubleshoot, and prioritize urgent tasks throughout the day.
• Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups; respond to delivery questions.
