You will lead teams, implement training, and model Walmart's One Best Way service standards while managing store operations and community initiatives. The role emphasizes sales growth, budgeting, and continuous improvement to ensure a high-quality customer experience and strong financial results.

Formación

• 2 years of college, or 1 year retail with 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work with 1 year supervisory.
• May require firearms CBC or state eligibility certificates where applicable.
• Complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store teams through training and active feedback.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, set expectations, and recognize performance.
• Ensure customer service excellence following OBW service model.
• Manage and monitor store operations, merchandising, and community initiatives.
• Drive store sales and manage budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
