Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC may be required and firearms training may be necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer needs and complaints.
Coordinate and oversee activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
