Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC background check may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; communicate goals and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates; recruit, train, and promote staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy; promote a culture of belonging and ethics.
