Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates must attend required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Oversee budgeting, sales, and profit goals for the store area.
