Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Tour toTeach: communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations using technology, business initiatives, merchandising and company direction.
• Introduce and lead company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate objectives to teams.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following the One Best Way service model and managing customer service initiatives.
• Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring; setting expectations and recognizing performance.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and measuring progress toward goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote integrity and ethics across the organization.
