Job summary

• Firearms-related positions may require CBC and Firearms Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated area.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, promoting a belonging mindset.
