Job summary

You will manage budgets, analyze PL statements, and implement action plans to achieve sales goals, shrink reduction, and inventory efficiency. A strong emphasis on leadership and integrity guides daily decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent work experience with supervision.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred (Live Better U path noted).
• Experience in retail supervisory roles and customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls within the store area.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to hourly associates.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics while promoting an inclusive culture.
