Job summary

A Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Westin Boston Waterfront (operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC) leads the F&B team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-energy setting.

You will partner with the F&B Manager to supervise staff, solve problems, and ensure smooth operations, while focusing on guest satisfaction, cost control, and effective communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff.
• Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory.
