Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in Massachusetts to lead a fast-paced team and ensure guests receive an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly experience. The role focuses on guest service, inventory, pricing, and operations across Food & Beverage areas.

You will manage daily workload, coach teammates, and partner with leadership to meet sales goals while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
