Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Boston Hub Food Hall in Boston, MA. You will lead daily operations, supervise team members across multiple outlets, and ensure guest satisfaction, efficiency, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant.
• Requires at least two years of supervisory experience and bartending experience.
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bartending experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
