Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a Concessions Supervisor at Hub Hall in Boston, MA. The role can be full-time or part-time, leading front- and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure food quality, train staff, and manage cash handling while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Strong restaurant background and supervisory skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees.

Responsibilities

The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Hencraft at Hub Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Pay

$25.00 - $27.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality

• Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
• Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability

More About You

• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
