Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability.
