Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in Boston, MA is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor (full-time or part-time) to join Momosan Ramen by Morimoto. You will help ensure the highest levels of service for guests and support training and staffing plans.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong guest service, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and email. Shifts include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with typical 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
• Superior organizational and guest service skills required.
• Word processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience handling guest enquiries

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
