Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Hencraft at Hub Hall in Boston, MA. This role offers full-time or part-time options and focuses on leading staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining food quality and service standards.

The position requires experience in a restaurant, at least two years in supervision, and the ability to direct employees, with no college degree required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
• Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
• Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution
