You will supervise daily operations, ensure food quality, train staff, and manage cash handling while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Strong restaurant background and supervisory skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees.
• Strong guest-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for efficiency and quality.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items per recipe and presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Train, coach, and support team members to foster teamwork.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and sales reporting accuracy.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness per policy and regulations.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
