Job summary

Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing all food and beverage outlets. You will oversee servers and bussers, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with liquor policies while helping meet financial goals.

The role requires strong communication, physical ability to lift and move heavy loads, and the ability to train and motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale systems.
• Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to all service standards.
• Supervise service of guests, watching signals from guests needing assistance.
• Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.
• Maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Read daily communications from the previous shift and prepare one for the next shift.
• Check floor plan for appropriate coverage and restaurant setup.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and proper setup of service stands and tables.
• Comply with liquor requirements for serving beverages.
• Communicate daily with restaurant manager regarding events and counts.
• Assist manager in menu classes and taste panels.
• Clearly communicate directions to staff, verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
