Job summary

Stonebridge in Denver, CO is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant and bar operations in a high-standard environment. The role ensures efficient service, profitability, and compliance with liquor laws while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise and train team members, manage bartenders and room service staff, and uphold hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced setting. This full-time, on-site position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations or supervision.
• Strong POS systems, cost control, and inventory management knowledge.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Proven ability to lead a team, including training and performance management.
• Excellent customer service and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, efficient service of meals and beverages to standards.
• Maintain profit margins through cost control and menu costing.
• Oversee restaurant and bar cleanliness, setup, and presentation.
• Supervise staff, training, and performance management.
• Manage bartenders and room service staff to standards.
• Oversee room service delivery for timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage stock: ordering, storage, and issuing with security.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure high service quality.
• Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
• Circulate to maintain visibility with guests and staff.
• Lead staff training and stay updated on industry trends.
