We are looking for a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring that guests receive an outstanding dining experience and that service standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the food and beverage team, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all areas, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels for all food, beverages, and supplies.Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide top-notch service.Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety, health, and sanitation regulations.Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times, providing hands-on support when needed.Assist in scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and controlling budgets to ensure profitability.Monitor and manage food and beverage costs, waste, and portion control.Assist with the preparation of reports related to sales, inventory, and employee performance.Previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role (at least 2-3 years).Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, safety, and sanitation practices.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.Food safety and alcohol service certifications are preferred (such as ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent).
