Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to support store operations with a guest-first mindset. You will manage daily workflows, supervise hourly team members, and ensure food safety and accurate merchandising across the department.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals while maintaining a high standard of service. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback to sustain a helpful guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
