Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operations across restaurant and hotel settings. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, staff training, and operational excellence within a growing hospitality portfolio.

You will supervise service staff, coordinate payroll, manage inventory and maintain safety/health standards while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years food and beverage supervisory experience.
• Experience in restaurant/hotel front-of-house operations.
• Ability to manage guest satisfaction and safety standards.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and holidays.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to guest satisfaction and compliance with safety/health standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
