Schulte Hospitialty Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a hotel setting. The role emphasizes service excellence, staff development, and guest satisfaction across multiple meal service periods.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of food and beverage supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage payroll and inventory. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including PMs, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel food & beverage operations and room service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve F&B goals.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food and beverage service for guests.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Conduct bi-weekly payroll processes.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Participate in MOD program as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
