Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. Lead front-of-house operations for the Restaurant and Hotel, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This role requires two years of supervisory F&B experience, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. SHG offers daily pay, robust benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post-high school education and degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required, in a similar size operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve goals of the F&B operation.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages to satisfy guests and comply with safety/hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive team environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
