Schulte Hospitialty Group seeks a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our hotel/restaurant venues. You will train and supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and service standards across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and knowledge of hotel F&B operations. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support.
• Direct staff to achieve food and beverage goals.
• Ensure safe and high quality food and beverage service.
• Hire and train service staff; manage payroll bi-weekly.
• Participate in MOD program as needed.
