Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations for our restaurant/hotel portfolio. The role emphasizes service excellence, staff development, and seamless guest experiences.

You will train and supervise service teams, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure safety and hygiene standards across shifts. A strong leader with hospitality know-how will thrive in our inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post high school degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience in a similar operation.
• Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages to guest satisfaction and adherence to safety/hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Ensure effective communication, engagement and conflict resolution within the team.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
