You will manage costs, lead a team of servers and bartenders, and collaborate with kitchen and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This full-time position requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in food & beverage management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen, security, and other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees prompt and efficient service for meals, snacks, functions, and beverages.
• Manages profit margins through cost control, menu costing, and cash handling.
• Ensures cleanliness, proper setup, and quality standards in dining areas.
• Supervises servers and bartenders and ensures courteous service.
