Hilton Denver City Center in downtown Denver seeks an experienced hospitality leader to plan and manage the restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets. You will ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, regulatory compliance and achievement of financial goals.

The role involves supervising staff, implementing programs, budgeting, and responding to guest trends to grow sales while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• Two to three full years of full employment in a related position.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage the restaurant, room service and other outlets to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• Lead associates, hire, schedule, train, coach and conduct reviews, ensuring open communications.
• Forecast and control budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
