Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring high-quality products and services while maintaining profitability and staffing standards. You will market ideas to promote business, control costs, and uphold compliance with SOPs and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, guest-focused service, and collaborative work with other F&B managers. A hands-on manager on the floor is essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the F&B outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel and maintain service standards.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and report issues.
• Monitor and report on wages, payroll, revenue and schedules.
• Assist in menu planning and SOP compliance.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews.
• Be visible on the floor and support staff during meals.
• Lead Loss Prevention initiatives within the outlet.
