Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate, supervise, and direct all aspects of the F&B outlet’s operations. You will market ideas to promote business, reduce turnover, and maintain revenue and payroll budgets while upholding quality.

The role requires ensuring compliance with local liquor laws and sanitation standards, training staff on SOPs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across daily service periods.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members.

• Attend required hotel meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers; report issues promptly.
• Prepare required reports (wage progress, payroll, revenue, schedules).
• Monitor service quality and assist in menu planning and SOP compliance.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training on SOPs and tasks.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house positions; manage hiring approvals.
• Complete tip reporting and support promotions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction across all outlets.
