Job summary

The Wigwam, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations of our outlets, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability. You will work with culinary and hotel leadership to maintain brand standards and deliver outstanding service.

We value a Bachelor’s in hospitality, 3–5 years in hotel ops (1–3 in supervision), and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in front desk or hotel operations, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours; including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, and In-Room Dining.
• Coordinate front-of-house, bar, and culinary teams to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and trends to improve satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams on menus and promotions.
• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant and event staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
