Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead Front of House operations in a 24-hour hotel environment in San Francisco. You will oversee three meals of restaurant service, in-room dining, mini bar, and banquet operations while driving guest satisfaction and team development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in similar work, a post-secondary diploma (preferred), and a proven track record in guest engagement and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage management.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of F&B operations, leadership, and financial performance.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Willingness to work a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House F&B operations as Manager on Duty.
• Manage three-meal restaurant service, in-room dining & mini bar.
• Direct banquet and event operations.
• Lead team development and ensure exceptional guest service.
