Starwood Hotels & Resorts seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead Front of House operations and serve as Manager on Duty in San Francisco. You will elevate service, develop talent, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across banquets and events.

The role requires a hands-on leader with at least 3 years in F&B, strong communication, and a flexible approach to a 24-hour operation. Comprehensive benefits and employee development are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Complimentary parking at offsite garage.
• 18 days PTO, after 2 years 23 days PTO.
