Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operations: Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and profitability
• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, collect feedback, drive improvements
• Drive operational efficiency: Oversee administrative and planning functions of the F&B department, implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor
• Elevate quality and service standards: Support delivery of exceptional F&B quality, service, and marketing strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor staff, provide development opportunities, recognize achievements to build a high-performing team
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
