Hilton Orlando is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee our open restaurant outlets and support Tropics Pool Bar & Grill, Fastbreak and TodoVos. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, supervising team members, and ensuring profitable operations.

Ideal candidates have prior food and beverage leadership experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a passion for exceptional guest experiences and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and training hospitality staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members in all food and beverage operations.
• Support staff in guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Demonstrate strong menu and bar knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness of outlets and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash and payments correctly and total revenues.
• Create revenue-generating promotions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
