Target in Denver seeks a Food & Beverage Team Leader to supervise hourly staff, ensuring operations run smoothly on the sales floor and in backroom areas. You will coach and develop team members, balance tasks, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining accurate pricing and promotional signage.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; full-time hours with variable workloads and no guarantee of 40 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating, retaining and developing talent.
• Assess backroom and sales floor areas of Food & Beverage and Food Service daily; prioritize workload tasks for the team.
• Review reporting to identify business trends and follow up on progress against priorities.
• Provide guidance to ensure food safety, price accuracy, inventory control and promotional signing processes.
