Hotel Equities in the United States seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hotel’s F&B operations and teams in Kansas City. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, manage service standards, and align with brand requirements while supporting overall hotel performance.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking to optimize service quality, costs, and guest satisfaction while promoting a collaborative culture across departments.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound operational decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide leadership and direction for assigned hotel operations and associates.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Coach, train, develop, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with Hotel Equities standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and support a consistent service-recovery culture.
• Manage schedules, staffing, supplies, and departmental resources as appropriate.
• Review reports, trends, and key performance information to support sound decisions.
• Communicate effectively with hotel leadership and other departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
