• Recommend staffing actions per company rules and policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service recovery guidelines.
• Train staff and ensure proper certification and tools are available.
• Assist in marketing programs, promotions, and menu development.
• Monitor restaurant performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain security and storage of inventory and finances; minimize waste.
• Aim for budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs.
