Job summary

Prismhr Hire seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations in Kansas City. You will manage day-to-day F&B activities, stay within budget, and uphold the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities include menu design, purchasing, staff recruitment and training, KPI tracking, and strict health and safety compliance. You will foster teamwork and drive performance across the F&B team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or six to eight years related experience in culinary or food service.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Experience designing menus, purchasing goods and improving offerings.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously improve offerings.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Provide two-way communication and nurture teamwork and ownership.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
