Job summary

Target Corp is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader at our Kansas City, MO store. You will manage a team of hourly associates, ensuring guest-focused service, proper inventory levels, and adherence to food safety standards.

The role includes planning workloads, coaching staff, and collaborating with leadership to meet sales goals. You will lead daily operations on the sales floor, coordinate merchandising and promotions, and maintain a fresh, in-stock environment while upholding Target’s guest

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high-activity retail environment.
• Demonstrated guest service excellence and problem solving.
• Knowledge of inventory control and food safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Monitor inventory, pricing and promotions; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Partner with store leadership and vendors to maintain in-stock conditions.
